The staff was well-trained and always available. The location of the hotel was central, right off the shops, cafes, restaurants, and the police station. The hotel is very quiet despite being right in the center.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the city and just opposite the police station. It made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay. 

The room was spacious and adequately furnished. The shower had decent pressure and hot water. The location was great, very convenient for strolling around the nearby area and finding good food.

The hotel room was not very clean. There were stains on the carpet, peeling tiles in the bathroom, and overall looked quite run down.
